Helping Needy People Keep Their Pets
Animal companions are family. Hard times can be made even harder when a parent faces having to tell their kids they can't afford to keep a beloved pet, or when an elder risks giving up the cat or dog who keeps them company, because they can't afford pet food.
Nobody should have to choose who gets to eat. Cathedral for Pets is joining our friends at Last Hope Animal Rescue in collecting food for dogs and cats, which will be distributed to pet owners in need so they can keep their pets and have one less thing to worry about.
Drop off unopened canned or dry cat or dog food (opened bags will be discarded) to the bins labeled "Last Hope Donations" in the rear of the Cathedral anytime now through Thanksgiving Day.
