Yoga in the Cathedral

Yoga is an opportunity to engage your body as part of your spiritual practice. The group practices in the cathedral at 6pm on Friday evenings. In the summer we expand our practice to include a class on Wednesday mornings at 9am under our tent on the west lawn of the cathedral.

Please bring your own yoga mat. All levels of yoga experience are welcome, including those who practice on a chair. We encourage you to bring a friend!
