Incarnation Chapel, 252 Rushmore Place, Carle Place
This Saturday, June 1, Incarnation Chapel will celebrate the Feast of Thanksgiving for the Holy Eucharist, or Corpus Christi. While on Maundy Thursday, the Church remembers the Last Supper, the focus is on Jesus washing his disciples' feet and his coming passion. In the middle ages the Church began to celebrate a day to focus our contemplation on the gift of the Eucharist to the Church.
