Spotlight on Pastoral Care Ministry

"Are any among you suffering? They should pray. Are any cheerful? They should sing songs of praise. Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up." James 5:13-15

The Pastoral Care Team is comprised of lay and clergy members answering the call to serve and minister to the pastoral needs of the sick m the homebound, those in hospitals and anyone experiencing a time of need. Team members bring communion to those unable to come to church. They also meet those feeling the need for healing prayer at the Altar Rail around the Baptismal Font after the 8:00 am and the 11:15 am Sunday masses.
