Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. - Galatians 6:10
Each year, the cathedral community turns its attention to the Nativity of our Lord. We prepare the way during Advent and, amidst the hustle of shopping, cleaning, and cooking, we join our neighbors - our family of believers - in quiet prayer and contemplation as the days grow shorter and the clear nights turn cooler still.
As we look to the close of the church year and prepare for the beginning of a new one, it's once again time for Adopt-A-Family.
The Adopt-A-Family program is an annual effort of the Cathedral congregation and so many of our sister Episcopal churches around the diocese to provide gifts and necessities to needy families. Your generosity will bring joy to the our very own Cathedral Neighbors Being Neighbors ministry.
If you wish to participate, you may sign up at this link by December 7. All gifts must be received by the Cathedral no later than December 16. No late drop-offs can be accepted.
If you have any questions, please email Fabian Burrell here.
