Dean's Forum and Fellowship in Faith

Dean's Forum
Sundays, 10:15-11am in the Mercer Library

The Dean’s Forum offers presentations and conversations each week designed to support adults in their journey of faith. This spring, facilitators touch on the theme of sacred symbols; their place in our tradition and in our personal experiences of God. This Sunday, May 5, Bishop Philip Wright, 14th Bishop of the Diocese of Belize, will reflect on the rich tradition of Anglican Church of the West Indies, and share insights from his recent time in our own cathedral community.

Family Communion & Fellowship in Faith for Children
A festive 9:15 service celebrates those who've completed this spring's Family Communion Class. Members of the class should arrive at church by 9am, with their banners. Fellowship in Faith celebrates its final Service Sunday of the year with a wonderful opportunity for donations! Everyone's invited to share the following to support our community.

1. Gently used and new children's clothing for the INN. We'll receive clothing and shoes (toddler through teenager), towels, toiletries and new kid's flip flops. Older youth will sort these donations late in the day to go to the INN, in Hempstead.

2. Plants for our Community Garden. Planted by Evie Mohan's girl scout troop, this garden provides fresh produce to local households through our Neighbors Being Neighbors Ministry. Sign up here to replenish its vegetable plants for summer.
